Prior to the start up of Easymail Interactive, Michael was involved in the start up of Yesmail.com, a CMGI owned company based in Chicago. Prior to internet start ups, he was one of the youngest commercial lenders in the history of Fifth Third Bank of Cincinnati, Ohio - rated the number one bank in the country by Salomon Smith Barney. Michael holds an undergraduate degree with honors in Marketing from the University of Kentucky, has attended Wirtschafts School of Economics in Vienna, Austria and Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio for his MBA. William
Holmes Advisory Board William has served on Hosea Worldwide's Board of Directors for the last 16 years as well as over 8 different subsidiary and philanthropic boards throughout Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati. to forming HCP, Chip was an associate with Blue Chip Venture Company (Blue
Chip). While at Blue Chip, Mr. Crowther sourced, evaluated, and
recommended private companies for investment. He worked closely with
several of Blue Chip’s existing portfolio companies assisting senior
management with various business initiatives including competitive
strategy, business development, market positioning, key management &
employee recruiting, financial analysis & planning, and corporate

Duncan Advisory Board Prior to becoming Managing Director of the Cincinnati office, Phil spent more than four years managing the account of Landor's largest client: Procter & Gamble. In that role, he oversaw brand strategy development, deployment, global resource development and client satisfaction efforts. Phil developed his expertise in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble, where his responsibilities included developing overall brand strategies, creating advertising campaigns, and leading brand identity, benefit visualization work, and new product initiatives. Scherer Advisory Board Prior to joining KMK Consulting, Steve worked for the Cincinnati-based life sciences venture capital firm of Senmed Medical Ventures. At Senmed, he structured and negotiated numerous private placements of equity securities, strategic alliances, and technology transfer transactions. Steve has also worked for Sencorp (a Cincinnati-based diversified holding company) and began his professional career with the commercial banking division of Chicago-based, The Northern Trust Company. William P. Cox Advisory Board William P. Cox is a sophisticated global finance executive with over fifteen years of experience that includes eight years as the CFO of a privately held management buyout, four of those years as Co-COO, and ten years of progressive experience in public accounting. Bill has consulted with multinational organizations for KPMG Peat Marwick in the areas of acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Cox directed audit projects in the Peoples Republic of China, the Middle East, the United Kingdom and the United States, including on-site supervision and overall engagement management. From 1990 through 1992 he was on international assignment in London, England, consulting with Satchi & Satchi and Enterprise Oil. Successful acquisitions encompass nearly a dozen leveraged buyouts including SMG from Chiquita Brands International, Elf Enterprise from Occidental Petroleum (GB), and the spin-off of TAI from E.I. DuPont de Nemours. Bill has extensive experience in manufacturing, retail / wholesale distribution, leisure / entertainment, oil & gas, and specialty chemicals. With KPMG Peat Marwick, his SEC experience included six initial public offerings (IPOs) including Cambrex Corp. and BP Prudhoe Bay Royalty Trust.
